I bought a car on April 10th and got home and so many things missing from the car. The car has been in there shop more than it was driven. DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR OR FOR A REPAIR! !!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a car here about 3 years go. Within the first year of purchasing the car the engine went out unfortunately. About 2 weeks ago !!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a car here about 3 years go. Within the first year of purchasing the car the engine went out unfortunately. About 2 weeks ago the car began behaving odd and I took it to the auto repair side of the dealership for a diagnostic to be performed. The car had a transmission error and would not go over ten miles per hour. Here are the events that occurred in sequence. 1. I had the car towed to the dealer and the car would go into neutral, cut on, and drive. The dealership mechanic then decides to drive the car and it completely broke down while they were driving it. 2. I called, and the mechanic LAUGHED in my face and said they had not had time to diagnose it yet because it broke down while they were driving it. I was infuriated that they drove my vehicle instead of doing real mechanic work to find the issue. 3. 8 days passed, and I heard Nothing from the mechanics. 4. I called on the eighth day to advise them I was taking my car somewhere else. I was told I had to pay the ninety-nine dollars for the tow fee that they incurred when they drove my car (without) my permission and it broke down. 5. David advised me I did not have to pay the fee. (Great job) In addition, I was told the car would no longer go in neutral nor would it cut on. This was ALARMING because when I towed it to them it would cut on and go in neutral. 6. I had the car towed to a BMW specialty mechanic. They had the car 2 hours and told me I had a cracked oil pan, so the oil all leaked out. They advised me that if someone at Susan Schein had of been knowledgeable about the car, they could have simply replaced the oil pan and put oil in the car. 7. The BMW specialist stated that the reckless choice to drive the car caused the transmission to lock up and they are SHOCKED that a mechanic said they had to drive the car. I have obtained letters from both tow drivers stating the condition the car was when dropped off and when picked up. 8. I look forward to seeing them in court because I FULLY plan to take legal action. More

Sold me a $3,000 warranty with a cap out that Susan schein ownes the company horrible! Their solution is to let me lose more money by buying another warranty or trading it for a $9,000 decrease to giv schein ownes the company horrible! Their solution is to let me lose more money by buying another warranty or trading it for a $9,000 decrease to give them more money for another truck with a bad transmission after only 5 months of owning it! Trucks and cars being sold at this dealership are not going through a thorough inspection before they're being sold causing the new owners lots of problems and money. I don't advise anyone to ever shop there !I will make sure that not one of my friends will never ever buy a car from them! There's a reason this dealership went from huge years ago to one lot in Pelham! I seriously wish someone would take a class action lawsuit against this company and shut them down forever if they're not going to do the right thing! More
