Very disappointed with the service. Had to call twice for an update. I had asked specifically that transmission and did fluids be checked. Was told it was part of the inspection process Had to call twice for an update. I had asked specifically that transmission and did fluids be checked. Was told it was part of the inspection process. When called for authorization for work, I asked about the fluid conditions, and was told everything is fine. I was surprised due to the mileage, and with the towing I do. I specifically asked what the suggested arrive mileage should be for those fluids, but never got an answer. When I went to pick the truck up, I again asked about the service recommendations for the fluids. I was told they can’t check the transmission fluid, it’s a sealed unit. But the inspection report said it had been checked. So which is it? They checked it, or are not recommending service? I had also asked for the truck to be washed, I watched the writer put it in the computer when I dropped off. I walked out, and it was obviously not washed. I wasn’t charged, so what ever. I got in and started thru the displays, and the tire pressures were 13 lbs differences, this is after buying new tires as part of my service. $1900 in tires and the inspection report says pressures are good? They should at least match. I have them fix the pressures and leave. The truck was not washed and was filthy, so I hit the wipers and the washer fluid comes out for 1 sec, then nothing. Get home and the washer tank is empty. Again, inspection report says checked and filled. So now I paid for service and inspection report, but tire pressures are all over the board and no washer fluid. If two of the most basic items are not done, how much do I trust the inspection report of the work that was performed. Platinum F250 fully loaded, and this is the service I get. I drive 30 minutes to this dealer because the local dealer was worse than this. Very disappointed to say the least. More
