I specifically asked for a AMSOIL Oil change for my 2024 E 450. Service Writer said OKAY. When I picked it up a asked if AMSOIL was used, the service writer said no, I'd have to order it. Overall pleased with service provided by Ford given some big issues with our vehicle. Evan was informative regarding a major warranty repair and accommodating due to some unexpected delays.
