THEY CLAIM TO WORK ALONG SIDE USAA BUT BE VERY CAREFUL YOU ARE BUYING A CAR FROM USAA OR NAFU(NAVY FEDERAL AND THEY ALL GET KICK BACKS), BOTTOM LINE I HAD A 2013 MUSTANG WHICH I BOUGHT FROM THEM , WHEN IT CAME TIME TO TRADE IT IN THIS YEAR 2016 THEY WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE IT CLAIMING IT NEEDED WORK AND HAD RECALLS AFTER STEALING FROM ME AND ADDING ON A BUMPER TO BUMPER EXTENDED WARRANTY! They're sneaky I get it all dealers are sneaky but they financed my truck for $15000 above msrp but hid it in numbers and I was so tired and sick I fell for it. They claimed my daughter's 2010 F Surprise Ford appears to make a practice of diagnosing "needed repairs" that are costly but ultimately , not needed. They claimed my daughter's 2010 Ford Edge needed over $4600.00 worth of sun roof repairs when it only needed to have the tracks cleaned and lubed. They also tried to sell her $475.00 worth of unneeded sunroof shields that they eventually lost and refused to replace. Apparently the owner, Pat Hickey, who owns 3 dealerships thinks it's ok to rip off a young lady. What a man! More

WORST dealership in the Valley hands down! I was treated so poorly at Surprise Ford that I am no longer a loyal Ford customer and I will never again purchase a vehicle through a dealership. My sales person was fine but the finance manager and manager on duty have no integrity at all. They're both snakes and are not to be trusted. I have contacted a lawyer regarding my situation with Surprise Ford and he said it definitely sounds like dealer fraud and wants to pursue but I'm trying to weigh if it's worth dealing with these jerks any further. I felt intimidated and quite frankly scared of how I was treated there which is how they want you to feel. I can't go into specifics right now because I'm speaking with an attorney. Just suffice it to say there are much less slimy dealerships in the Valley. And by the way the company that owns this dealership also owns Peoria Ford and Camelback Ford which I have talked a friend out of buying from Peoria Ford, he went to Sanderson Ford instead. More

I have called; sent emails and am usually told it is in process with Ford. Now they are ignoring my emails. I have never had a confirmation from Ford that the reimbursement claim is in process. More

lies and deception Dan the salesman was very helpful in finding a used car. But after being sent to a finance office to complete the sale things went bad in a hurry. I let Del know I am not interested in any extended warranties or fabric stain protection. He insisted that one of the other loan contracts would be better for me, longer term with higher monthly payments. This was so I could get a warranty on a 3 year old ford fusion. Once again I said "I do not want any extended warranty." He said OK I understand, then finished the contract handed me papers to sign. One of papers had an amount of over $900. for Zaktek. When I asked about it he explained it was a protective coating for the paint and interior fabric. Once again I said "I do not want any of the scam products." He then explained it was not optional, it was something that was already put on the car and was done to all the cars they sell and was figured into the price of the vehicle. I let Del know if I found out he was lying I would be very unhappy. This sale took over 4 hours, it was a relief just to get out of there. After doing some research the next day I went back to tell Del that he had indeed lied to me. The manager Christopher said he wanted to make me happy and would do whatever he could. What he did was get a new contract and subtract just over $600. which he said was the cost of the paint protection warranty but had to leave $297. on contract because it had already been put on the car, then offered me some free oil changes which I refused. No one there could understand what "I do not want any extended warranties or paint protection scams on my vehicle" means. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a auto dealership. This all took place on Veterans Day and I am a Vietnam veteran, just another slap in the face. This has forever tarnished the blue oval for me. More
