Lack of knowledge in product , salesman very unprofessional. Go in too see a specific vehicle . This salesman brings 2 wrong models , when I told him exactly what I was looking for. He guessed on what he did not know. When it came down to Numbers. He started me at msrp, then on the second proposal he brings 84 month proposals after clearly telling him I wouldn't do that. Finally I ask him the horsepower on vehicle and he tells me "well why don't you drive it again" I deny doing that and he starts to google the horsepower for a mustang that's something you must know for a sport car. He then tells me it really is not that important, and product knowledge is not important, most customers don't ask questions like how much horsepower is in a mustang , smh. A joke ( This Rep also tells me he sells 30 cars every month, be honest man no one likes a liar) More

They could not come down on veh, Was going to look at a less expensive model. Stated price I wanted to pay and was told by sales rep Jay that he did not want to put miles on his truck for 50k I later went home and was looking on line. The same dealership called, When I answered, the person on the other side just listened, and after several minutes, hung up. I called back and spoke to a "manager" .He apologize and asked if he could do an aggressive search for the truck I was looking for, I agreed. Five minutes later I get a text from the dealer. I inquire if this was John., the manager. Here is the response I received; "if it was would you get down here as fast as you can so I could give you the best deal in the world?" I called the dealer back and asked for the manager. I explained what happened and stated if this is how they conduct business, I would take mine elsewhere. He hung up on me. I would be embarrassed if my staff treated customers the way I was treated.! More
Do not pass on other peoples income... Very simply, a horrible, unprofessional experience. Looked at a used truck on the lot. Very nice, very low miles for a 2015 Talked to a young sales person. He was fine just doing his job. The price was 6 to 7 thousand over other exact trucks and a year older, that I have been looking at from other dealers. Ram Dealers. The kids boss, sales manager, whoever, comes out and begins to tell me why the price is so high and it is a 1 out of 5 on some BS scale they have. I really don't care. I am an informed buyer who knows the product and the market for that specific truck. He then goes on to tell me the individual who traded it in was a doctor of some sort, made over $300,000 a year, blah blah blah. WHY, do I need to know how much money the individual who traded the truck in made annually?? What on earth does that have to do with my decision to purchase that truck. And, why would he tell me that?? Im sure the individual who traded it in wouldn't want his income communicated. Most unprofessional sellking experience I've seen.. More
False advertising and did not honor price given on a email Found a car we were interested on on their web site. Car was advertised at 9,999.00 which was a decent price. My wife contacted them and was told they Found a car we were interested on on their web site. Car was advertised at 9,999.00 which was a decent price. My wife contacted them and was told they would offer the car for 9,699.00. So we went the next day to see the car. It looked good so we wanted to see what payment we could get and what they would give us for a trade in on our Toyota. They told us that they can not do that till after we took the mandatory test drive. I know they want you to drive so you picture yourself driving the car and fall in love with it so you may pay more. So we drove it and it was ok. Sitting down is where we ran into problems. All of a sudden the price that was given to my wife was out the window. Also the price on their web site was not honored, Instead they had added tinted windows, cheap door edge guards, cheap pin stripping tape and some stupid coating. Price was hundreds more than either of the prices we were quoted. I won't go into all the back and fourth but bottom line is we refused their best offer and left. We left and purchased a car the following week at a place that did not treat us like we were stupid.. There are a great many places to buy a car so why a dealership chooses to play these stupid games with prices and add on crap you never asked for just to pump the cost up is beyond me. May I suggest caution when attempting to purchase a car at this location. I will never go back and have told a great many people about them and their business practices. Shame on you guys ! More
Think long and hard before you come. I bought a used car last night after doing research on this dealership for 4 days. I was met with hidden prices for additions they made and wanted to charge over and above their internet sale price! This was news to me after driving 1 hour to get to this facility. Not only was I low balled on my trade but their second offer was to remove the trade and have someone drive it home for me and expect me to buy the new car! Ludacris! They come out in the parking lot to make an appropriate deal as you're leaving. By this time you should go ahead and run! It is not a good feeling for the consumer. After 4 hours in their facility, past closing time I realize they never put gas in the car or the floor mats. The last salesman left to lock up tells me he has my information inside and will mail me the mats and a gift card for gas. Do you trust it? More
Impossible Repair Received a notice that the A/C Evaporator was leaking and the repair would take 3 days at a cost of $1,700. I said I would trade the vehicle before I Received a notice that the A/C Evaporator was leaking and the repair would take 3 days at a cost of $1,700. I said I would trade the vehicle before I would pay that amount. So I paid the $140 for them telling me I needed this done. I decided on a 2nd opinion from a trusted mechanic. The dealership stated they found a slight leak in the A/C evaporator and the freon charge would last a short while. Since the only way to view a leak from this item is to check the drain for signs of leakage. My mechanic went under the dash, under the car in every possible scenario and could not establish a leak. However, the high-pressure discharge line was actually bubbling. Since this dealership has numerous complaints I figure, and it's only conjecture, they saw the chance to hit me for the evaporator and then tell me the leak in the discharge line was also there. This would have been roughly a 2,700 billing. The trusted mechanic replaced the bad discharge line, flushed and refilled our transmission and replaced the spark-plugs for less than $900. A bargain for a vehicle with almost 90k miles. More
Poor customer service. They try to sell you something that you don't want. I test drive a vechicle and and other sales person try to sell another vechicle. Since I did not They try to sell you something that you don't want. I test drive a vechicle and and other sales person try to sell another vechicle. Since I did not come to a deal the first time I was there. They kept pressuring me to come back to the dealership. I did for a second time and was told that a deal could not be done based on what I was loooking for.I wanted an XLT and he try to sell me a base model never bothered to ask what my needs were and what I wanted. He promised that he could get a deal done but could not. It was just frustration! More

I told the sales guy that i had some requirements they must meet before i would think about going down there. They told me that it was a deal they could definitely work out. When i got there they didn't even show me the Edge and told me that i should try for a Focus or Escape. They showed me a nice Escape and then told me that it was too far out of my budget and i should look at a basic focus. I was interested but when going to get numbers they wanted to pull credit before even showing anything. I have been scammed by dealerships before with pulling my credit everywhere they could. I was wanting to get numbers to make sure i was getting a decent deal and to also go thru my credit union. I will never recommend these people to anyone. Please shop somewhere else. More
Bait and Switch Do not trust one word these people say. You know when you look at a company's reviews, and decide to give them the benefit of the doubt, and almost Do not trust one word these people say. You know when you look at a company's reviews, and decide to give them the benefit of the doubt, and almost all of the reviews were right? That's what happened to me with Surprise Ford (wildly appropriate name, by the way!) Saw a car advertised on TrueCar, called and spoke to a salesman who told me that the car was still in stock, would go and look at it for me then call me back. Had another salesman call me back to tell me that he had the perfect car for me (coincidentally the car that I had inquired about) and when could I get over there to see it. Since the car was for my disabled brother, and I was doing this exercise long distance, I told him I would Uber my brother over right away. When my brother arrived, he was sent to a different lot to go look at the car. When he got to the lot, he was unable to find the car and went back to the main dealership. The salesman then informed him that the car had sold in the last few minutes, but he would be more than happy to sell us a car for a few thousand more. I called him on the very obvious bait and switch ploy, and after asking to speak to the manager 5 different times and being disconnected, I finally spoke with John, the manager. John advised me that in fact, the car had been sold for some time, and he didn't know why it was still on the website (it still is today, by the way) and that they don't train their salespeople to lie. Seriously? 2 different sales people pulled the same ploy, and they weren't trained to do this? This is everything that people worry about when going to a dealership to buy a used car. Great work, Surprise Ford. More
