Left the dealer car still not running well took it back they checked it said they could not find any codes. Took it to another shop they found a miss fire in 2 cylinders and water in number 4 cylinder had to take it back to ford for warranty after ford had it for 2 weeks and found out they put a motor in it a month before they sold it to me they installed the wrong motor. Now they don’t won’t to warranty it. Buyers beware this dealer ship is the worst the gm Rob and service manager Mike are not honest with you Take your hard earned cash somewhere else. If I could give them zero stars I would they don’t deserve any better More

What an amazing group of people We went to the dealership pretty much knowing exactly what we wanted. Mike Underwood showed us a few Trucks that were SO beautiful but out of our pric We went to the dealership pretty much knowing exactly what we wanted. Mike Underwood showed us a few Trucks that were SO beautiful but out of our price range. We told him there was a truck we had seen online and he located it and because of my bad knee, he drove it up to the front where we waited. It was PERFECT the F150 was exactly what we wanted and because of the holiday sale and Fords generous discounts it was reduced to a GREAT price. OK this is the part we have dreaded for every car purchase we have ever made...the negotiation. Mike Underwood made this so painless that in less than an hour we were shaking on the terms and headed off the the Finance office. Once again pleasantly surprise when Sean Moriarity breezed through the paperwork shook our hands and sent us out to see our cleaned and polished new truck waiting for us. A wonderful lady sat down inside the truck with me and went over all of the features and even synced our phones for us. Bless her! we had our car for years and I just could never get that to work. We drove out of the completely satisfied and overwhelmed that the process had been so smooth. We are a member of the Ford family (3 cars purchase from Ford ) and that is how we were treated like valued members of this amazing family. More
Turned out my truck was under warranty I was staying at an RV park near bye this dealership when engine light came and warning light. Took it to this dealership they said I needed a new exhaust and it wasn't under warranty. They charged me $4484.00 out the door. 10 months later back in hometown, took truck in for service and they said my truck was under warranty for another 12000 miles and the dealership shouldn't have changed me. I called the main office at ford they said to call dealership manager first then if nothing happens call them back. WE'LL THE MANAGER IS DUCKING ME. So back to calling main office. I'll be back in az. Next winter again now that I know it was under warranty will talk with a lawyer if I can't make anything happen. Will post results if anything happens. BE WARNED IF YOU USE THIS DEALERSHIP Feb. 23 update after several calls there still putting me doing the blame game and a lot of tap dancing. They said they said they a different manger then. Couple days later said they would get back to me. Couple days later they said there still working on it. RUN TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'll give another review when they stop tap dancing and the blame game. More

Complete Disrespect This was by far my worst experience at a dealership yet.First off, they used the fact that I am Military and that i'm young as a pressure tactic throu This was by far my worst experience at a dealership yet.First off, they used the fact that I am Military and that i'm young as a pressure tactic throughout the sale. The first night the General Sales Manager, Martin, told me I could either buy the car that night or he would not sell me a car because they were offering me such a good deal (supposedly) that they would get in trouble with the general manager if they did the deal while he was at work, but he was out sick. I was catching on to the fact that they were trying a high pressure sales tactic because i am young and they thought i didn't know better, so i left. I came back to do the deal on another mustang that was at another location. I was told they would get the car either that night or the next morning. I called to ask about the car, being that they had me go through finance and i did not have a car 20 hours later. I spoke to the same rude bald headed general sales manager once more on the phone because he wanted to speak to me, not because i asked for him. he continued to tell me how incompetent i was and how it doesn't matter that i was being pleasant with him because "that is common courtesy and after the good deal they gave me i should be thanking them and nothing but pleasant and understanding". Me being upset, told the man "okay, please just let me know when my car is there so we can get this over with" and i hung up. Martin then called me back and said "did you just hang up on me?" and i told him yes, and that the only reason I get like that with people is when i get disrespected or when someone messes with my money, and that he was doing both. He then told me "okay, well as a matter of fact, were not getting the car anymore so you can come bring us our loaner car back right now". The GENERAL SALES MANAGER who is a step below the GENERAL MANAGER took away my opportunity to purchase a vehicle because he got mad because i hung up on him and he didn't like it. He instigated the situation and was trying to argue with me when i was trying to leave it as pleasant as possible. IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS, I THE CUSTOMER WAS TRYING TO HAVE PEACE WITH THE CONSUMER WHO WAS INSTIGATING WITH ME!!Surprise Ford is the typical rude and nasty car buying dealership and anyone who values respect in the slightest should take their business elsewhere. More

The hardest part was of course figuring out which model would fit our needs, and finances. Patrick was very helpful with information and comparisons of the cars. We were able to make a deal that was comfortable for us. Sean, the finance guy was pleasant to work with too. Truly, this is the easiest time we've had buying a new car, and are very pleased with our purchase. More
