I drove from Ca to Suprise with my trade in. I purchased a 2020 Raptor. I made the offer and they took my trade without being seen. Took me 4.5 hours to get there and an hour to sign and out the door. It wa a 2020 Raptor. I made the offer and they took my trade without being seen. Dealership Immediately Went Back On Trade Offer Today I expressed interest in a vehicle at Surprise Ford. I wanted to get a deal ironed out via text prior to driving to Surprise to look at/purchase Today I expressed interest in a vehicle at Surprise Ford. I wanted to get a deal ironed out via text prior to driving to Surprise to look at/purchase the vehicle. I informed the sales associate (Dan) that I had a trade vehicle with body damage and he immediately informed me that they would pay my trade off completely (owed $6,600). He informed they would do $309 a month for 72 months with $0 down. I arrived to the dealership and the sales associate called me by the wrong name after just texting with them and sending them my license and insurance. I test drove the vehicle and enjoyed it. As soon as we sat down the sales associate was pushing the finance application in my face to run credit. I asked if everything was set with my trade and the terms we had agreed upon. The sales associate said they would have to review my trade and approve the trade-in value still. He then went to review my trade after already offering me a full pay off with the previous transparency that my trade had body damage. The sales advocate never returned. Instead I got a sales manager informing that they were trying to figure out all the numbers with the trade included. The sales manager then informed that the original deal was $309 for 72 months but me paying all of my sales tax up front ($1,500). Essentially they were trying to dupe me into paying a $1,500 down payment to cover the difference in trade to cover damage that needed repairs. I informed the sales manager that I informed the sales associate ahead of time that my vehicle had body damage and they still offered the full pay off. He looked kind of stunned and immediately went to see if the sales associate would take the hit for his mistake. The sales associate came back with my trade in keys shortly after without even saying so much as a "sorry" for the situation. I asked to speak with the GM. The GM eventually came by. All I wanted to do was explain my situation and see if they could honor the deal that I was offered. The GM had a hard time letting me tell my situation without interrupting about the trade numbers coming from their end. I informed the GM that I am aware my vehicle has damage that needs repairs and that that affects the overall value of the vehicle. The issue was that the original sales associate offered the full pay off when they knew the vehicle had damages. I informed I would have sent images of my trade ahead of time if asked for by the sales associate for a better trade appraisal but they instantly said they would pay my trade off. Again, the GM was only focused on the numbers and not the situation. The GM put two offers in front of me that were nowhere near the agreed terms. The GM kept saying they were discounting the new car to make up for the trade but the cost of the new vehicle was the exact price listed online. Essentially the GM said I would need to put a down payment to cover the trade damage. It was pretty clear that they weren't going to do anything at this point to make up for their mistake. I was hoping that bare minimum they would admit that they made a mistake on their end by offering a full payoff without seeing the trade and that we could not reach the original deal terms. This experience ensured that I will never be returning to Surprise Ford and I encourage all others to stay away as well or at least be as mindful as you can be so they don't take advantage of you. Thank you if you stuck around to read this experience. More

Went and test drove a used truck and had an amazing experience with Patrick. Very patient, knowledgeable, thoroughly explained all the details of the truck and had great follow up. I decided I would dr experience with Patrick. Very patient, knowledgeable, thoroughly explained all the details of the truck and had great follow up. I decided I would drive my family from Scottsdale to Surprise one night after daily phone calls from the dealership to confirm my appointment to come by the truck. I called and spoke with Sunny to let him know I was coming with my kids and to notify Patrick. After driving an hour to get there, I was then notified that the truck I was there to buy was sold earlier that day. I wish they had been up front about it when they called me before I wasted all that time. I understand they wanted me to come anyways with hopes of buying a different truck but honesty would have gone alot further. I got up and left. They've lost my business, and respect. I know now why they have a 2.9 rating out of 5. More
So we look at the car Friday, they didn't offer enough for a trade, saying it was a salvage title (it's not and the carfax even says its not) so I leave. I email the guy we had been dealing with on Sunday for a trade, saying it was a salvage title (it's not and the carfax even says its not) so I leave. I email the guy we had been dealing with on Sunday saying we are selling private and will come today (monday) to buy it. He confirms via email this morning that we have appt etc. so we sold our car for the down payment money. I get dropped off, walk in, there for 10 minutes, and they come back saying they sold it. Then they try to get me in a higher priced car (go figure right) with more mileage and they will "cut me a deal" at 1k more than the other car. Jesse Guajardo was the guy I was dealing with, and apparently cant communicate with the other people that he sold the car Fyi everyone they also add all kinds of options so the prices are 3k more than listed online, so be prepared for that as well. after leaving the review, the salesman I was dealing with that made the appointments etc, calls me and passively aggressive thanks me for me review. gtfo. I had to walk to a neighboring dealer to buy a xxxx car cuz these idiots dont give a xxxx. More

Sales and Service Lies!!!! I was asked if I wanted the warranty and said no. He kept pushing the warranty and told me that my warranty would cover everything. Eventually, I sa I was asked if I wanted the warranty and said no. He kept pushing the warranty and told me that my warranty would cover everything. Eventually, I said do it, after about 10 minutes of pushing it on me. When I went to the dealership a couple months after buying the car, I was told that the warranty barely covers anything! I was lied to just get the sale of the warranty! During my service, I was told that they will check to see what can be done to lower the cost of repairs, "but the person to ask was out of the office" so they would get back to me, but, of course, made me pay right then, if I wanted my car. I was lied to.during the car buying experience and then, again, through the service department. Of course I never heard from them again...I will NEVER buy from this dealer again. And the service lady was very rude!!! More
Sold a Wrecked Car without making it known Dealing with Surprise Ford started off what we believed was a great thing! Since then however, the car, a 2017 Chrysler 300C from Surprise Ford, Surpr Dealing with Surprise Ford started off what we believed was a great thing! Since then however, the car, a 2017 Chrysler 300C from Surprise Ford, Surprise, AZ is becoming a nightmare! When we bought the car, Surprise Ford showed us the CarFax that said NO WRECKS! There were a few scratches on the front left bumper but Dan said the owner that traded the car said they only hit a curb. WE BOUGHT IT! 4 months later, Jim hit a semi tire that came flying at him and when he took the car into the collision shop they informed him this car had been in a horrible wreck. The frame is bent, the alignment is 1 1/2" out of shape, bumper upside down and other major issues. Steve, from Surprise Ford said they'd help us out and trade the car. However, mysteriously, Steve is GONE from Surprise Ford AND, no one else wants to work with us. If the damage doesn't get fixed, the front of our car is NOT insurable! Come on Surprise Ford - Be reputable and use some integrity! You told us the scratches on the front bumper were because the owners said the car hit a curb. NOW you are changing your story! Be TRUTHFUL!!! Today, 9/20/19, we went to see Matt who passed us off to Erick. They determined our car was only worth a trade in value of $13,000 (We owe $24,000+) because it's so badly damaged (Yes they should NEVER have sold the car!) and they'd sell us another car (of course with the trade-in) that is listed for $20890.00 for $25000 plus a slew of other fees and we could walk out the door for ONLY $39,000+. LOL!!!!! No Surprise Ford, we are NOT STUPID! In fact, we are quite educated and we know how to do the math. You want the car for $13,000 so you can turn around and sell it to some other individual that TRUSTS you!! BBB - be looking for our comments! If you had a 0 Star choice, I'd have clicked it because Surprise Ford at this moment deserves a -5star rating. More
LYING CROOKS! Bought 2014 ford escape with a extended warranty. We were told if we bought the warranty they would include free oil changes for as long as we owned t Bought 2014 ford escape with a extended warranty. We were told if we bought the warranty they would include free oil changes for as long as we owned the car. The warranty expired we decided not to get it again. Went to dealership for oil change and was told warranty was not renewed and they wouldn't honor what they said they would. Called Tom the service manager said he would call right back. Still waiting. The fact I didn't renew warranty shouldn't matter that was not the deal. Surprise ford should not be trusted. More
