It was a most pleasant experience purchasing our new Ford Escape. Jerimy, our salesman, and Debbie Delivery coordinator) who explained all the many features in our new car were great to work with. My husband and I were looking for a used SUV and found one at Surprise Ford. We don't have the best credit because the last few months have hurt us financially. We went to Surprise Ford because the price of the truck was better than anyone else. We meet with Fred and he was great. After we drove the truck we asked fred who is the numbers guy. He said I will get him for you. The numbers guy was his manager EJ. He was so polite and understanding. He and Fred made us feel as we were the most important people in the place. He said he would work with us and make the truck affordable. Fast forward a few minutes later we meet Eddie. He said I'm the GSM of the store and basically said take it or leave it! He was rude and arrogant. He made us feel like he was doing us a favor. Really? He made us feel like he could care less if we bought the truck or if we just got up and left. And we did! I'm sorry to Fred and EJ we really wanted to make a deal. But not now not ever. We know we don't have a lot of money and because of this pandemic we don't have the best credit but we were still customers. And we need a SUV for our growing family. More
Everything was going fine in an attempt to trade my car for a used car. After several days back and forth emails I was informed that there would be a $3000 reconditioning fee assessed to my trade in (a 2 for a used car. After several days back and forth emails I was informed that there would be a $3000 reconditioning fee assessed to my trade in (a 2019 VW). Its brand new. I didn't trade the car but negotiated for the Lincoln removing the junk fees. They demanded the titling and licensing be done through their office even though my state is reciprocal for title. They did they title work but have backed out of the rest of the licensing. These guys are complete cheats. Go to other dealers. More
This reminded me of a bad restaurant that when you walk into, you are the only one there!! That was my experience. I first tried to email and hash out details that way and possibly have the car deliver into, you are the only one there!! That was my experience. NOPE! That was not the case. Crappy dealership that does not want business. I was looking to buy a Lincoln. Rude, unmodivated, unprofessional, cocky young sales kid. Drove 53 miles one way to dealership prepared and prequalified hoping to drive home in the car I had looked for online. They were unwilling to even counter my offer. Said they could not do it. Sales kid said the price is the price! So... I left. I will go to Sanderson Ford...... again (for my 3rd Lincoln purchase). They know how to treat and value potential customers and they know how to sell. Surprise Ford should send their employees to Sanderson Ford/Lincoln to be trained. Terrible experience, Terrible service. Their bad manners, terrible service, and unwillingness to even work with me earned them another ONE STAR NEGATIVE RATING to add to their collection! I would highly recommend staying far from Surprise Ford. JOSH Kemp in parts and service is a horrible individual to deal with refuses to have any form of respect for customers. Surprise ford agreed to replace the tires on a used ram 2500 purchased from them. First try Josh ordered 8 year old discount tires. I did not accept these he then ordered other set that now have 3000 miles on them no towing and the tires have severe junking and are a major safety issue. Josh thinks I should pay out of pocket for new tires paying for 3/4 tires based on email from Toyo. This is not going to happen, before this the finance department and Ron Sedakis Igney my truck up for a new truck mpp extended warranty which was rejected as its used. He then tried to commit fraud charging me the same amount for a 40k less miles and 2 less year warranty which was conferred wrong price if by their sister store Peoria Ford. Please spend your hard earned money else where. Will edit once they get their act together. I have high hopes for their store and GM Pezh. More

Spent over six hours working on a deal on this beautiful F150. After signing the paperwork and going out to transfer all of my stuff in it I noticed some rust while putting my hitch in the receiver so I loo F150. After signing the paperwork and going out to transfer all of my stuff in it I noticed some rust while putting my hitch in the receiver so I looked underneath the truck and I was horrified at what I saw.. the underneath of this truck was completely rusted.. and mud packed in every crevice.. A 2 year old truck looked worse than a 20-30 year old truck.. This vehicle had clearly been flood damaged and should have been salvaged.. Yet they were going to sell it to me at $2k over KBB blue book... Stay away from this place!!! Not one single apology, just “No worries, we will cancel all of your paperwork” xxx?!? It was like they knew they had been busted 😡🤬 More

I was told they had some trucks that would work and the only one they showed me was a brand new 50k f150 that they kept trying to pressure me into buying and when i tried to leave i watched as they attempted to hide my keys from me and tell me someone else had them to look at the trade in value. I will never do business with them I don't recommend anyone conduct business with them either. More
I was appalled to find when I visited this dealership that claims to serve their clients with integrity, during this pandemic not one employee was wearing a mask, there was no social distancing or disinf that claims to serve their clients with integrity, during this pandemic not one employee was wearing a mask, there was no social distancing or disinfectant hand sanitizer for the guest, nor was there any barriers to protect the employer and guest. I wore a mask. Shame on You. More
