In the beginning, I had an issue with the panoramic sunroof on my 2017 Ford Edge (sunroof cracked) and I needed to get it replaced. I knew the glass needed to be special ordered and that was handled qu sunroof on my 2017 Ford Edge (sunroof cracked) and I needed to get it replaced. I knew the glass needed to be special ordered and that was handled quickly through the dealership by Dave Greathouse, the service advisor. When the glass arrived, Dave scheduled an appointment to drop off the vehicle to have the glass installed. Later, I was told by Dave that this was to drop the vehicle off to get in line for repair and not an actual repair appointment. Dave failed to mention this to me when the drop off was scheduled and when I dropped off the vehicle. I never had a dealership schedule a drop off with the intent of not completing minor repairs that day. My expectations were that the glass was to be installed that day. When I phoned Dave at 3:22 pm, he had not heard back and would check on it. He called and informed me that the shop had not even begun the work and would not get to it until late the next day. I was upset as I had plans and needed the car. Dave said he could release the car but that I would need to start process all over again. I had already ordered the part (over $1,000), given a credit card to secure payment etc. and now, to me, it seemed I was being taken advantaged and was trapped. Comments from Dave that “It is what it is” seemed to confirm the only thing to do was to go ahead and leave the vehicle, order Lyft rides for the evening ($59 cost) and just wait to get my vehicle back the next day. It did take until the end of the next day to get the vehicle back. If your repair department knew when the service would be completed, then that is when you would drop it off. Still confused why you need to store my vehicle for a day before working on it. On the final bill, it mentions that there was a complimentary vehicle inspection - never got a copy nor any mention about the outstanding Ford recalls, but I was charged $4.13 bio treatment. Appears I am a health risk but no one in the dealership is a health risk as the service advisory crew were not wearing masks. (sign on the door only suggests that masks be worn). Also charged $35.99 for shop supplies. Not sure what supplies were consumed as they were taking out and installing a piece of glass. Guess they charged for the glass cleaner. More
The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I bought a used 2017 Ford Mustang this month and had it shipped to VA. When it arrived the brake lights and interior lighting and signal experienced. I bought a used 2017 Ford Mustang this month and had it shipped to VA. When it arrived the brake lights and interior lighting and signals weren’t working. I had to take it immediately to a local Ford dealership who diagnosed it with a bad body control module which is $1600. Luckily I had bought an extended warranty that covers it but I have a $100 deductible. I have inquired about 10 times to have them cover the deductible because it shouldn’t have passed their inspection and no one has returned my calls yet. I have left messages with at least 3 managers and still waiting! They keep telling me they are checking on it with management. Once they sell the car they are done with customer service!!!! More
Girlfriend got a car there, absolutely the worst service ever. Sales manager Gilad was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Please anyone who reads this before getting a car, please don't buy anything from these ever. Sales manager Gilad was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I should have read the 13 pages of complaints on this dealership first before wasting two days on crooks. We sent an iquiry about a F450. We were told we were first in line and gave a deposit. After s dealership first before wasting two days on crooks. We sent an iquiry about a F450. We were told we were first in line and gave a deposit. After several text and calls from the scam artists we were told there were 8 other people looking at it, but we were first. I ask about the deposit holding it for a day and have it in text that it was offline. When we called back the saleman that took the credit card for the money suddenly couldn't hear me. He had the sales manger call and say they couldn't get a 9 year old Ford truck Financed. The Credit Union were we had two vehicle loans in the past and still have a motorcycle financed currently, "sales manager said they turn it down. That is funny as we have a 749 rating on Experian and they show us every hit on the credit. Guess what! NO HIT to our credit union but 6 hits to places like Alaska. In Texas we call that a big CROOK. Do yourself a favor and don't be;ive any BS from theses guys. Go to a dealer with business sence and ethical. More
Terrible experience. Salesperson was excellent, knowledgable, and accessable. Once negotiations started, it was all downhill. Sales manager quoted a price on vehicle we wanted, but not what was a knowledgable, and accessable. Once negotiations started, it was all downhill. Sales manager quoted a price on vehicle we wanted, but not what was advertised on Auto Trader...."sorry, I can't keep track of all the prices we advertise on different sites." Then quickly upped the offer on trade by $2000, and lowered the price on new vehicle by $500. So with virtually minimal effort, we had gained $2500....they realized we weren't idiots. After agreeing on a trade-in price, an appointment was made to close the deal. One hour after arriving for the paperwork, and informing the closer that this was a cash transaction requiring no credit checks, financing options, etc. and being told there were "printer problems," we started the final process. Nothing had been printed out, so I sat and watched as the many forms were produced. And signed with virtually no explanation as to what I was signing. Then I was presented "3 options" for extended warranty, the least of which covered the finish on the vehicle, the most expensive of which was a pretty all inclusive warranty....for $8000....on a $16000 purchase. I said that must be wrong....a misplaced decimal???? No, that was correct. I said a firm "no." Two more attempts to sell that warranty prompted me to ask for a manager, who then "recalculated" the warranty at $5000. At this point, I felt I was being held hostage. Deal finally got done, but afterward a credit agency notified me that Surprise Ford had done a credit check....not only not needed but potentially negatively affecting our credit score. I wouldn't go back to Surprise Ford if they had the last vehicle in Phoenix. More
I tried to get vehicle info thru the internet twice. I used the texting module still no call back. I called and was told by a sales manger that I would get a call back still nothing. I went to the deale used the texting module still no call back. I called and was told by a sales manger that I would get a call back still nothing. I went to the dealership itself and was looking for the truck I wanted and found out it had gone to auction and was told that I would get a call back the next day so that I could get to see the vehicle. By the way while I was looking for said vehicle no one came out and greeted me. I got an email from the General Manager with his direct dial number, it was a fax machine xxx-xxx-xxxx. I tried calling the general manager thru their main number and was told by his secretary that I would get a call back within ten minutes - its been 4 hours still nothing. Don't buy from them they are obviously too busy to take care of potential customers!! More
They don't honor their own pricing on carfax and car gurus when it's a $2k difference on a $80k Lincoln. They 100% did a bait and switch... the history on carfax shows the car was at $82k and was reduce gurus when it's a $2k difference on a $80k Lincoln. They 100% did a bait and switch... the history on carfax shows the car was at $82k and was reduced to $81k and they tried to say someone made a mistake on their website and reduced the price that day to $81k... 100% a lie!!!!! Do not trust this dealer. They heard a nice woman over the phone and took advantage. They will really do anything to make a buck on someone that was ready to buy but taking my business elsewhere! First off, the salesman Mike M. was a good guy, very helpful and willing to make time for you. What I really hated about this place was their Finance person Ron Sedakis and the service department who wa helpful and willing to make time for you. What I really hated about this place was their Finance person Ron Sedakis and the service department who wanted to charge me 600 for a disconnected wire for my adaptive cruise control (which I had a different ford dealer fix for 100). After deciding to buy a car, I spent around 2-3hours in finance all because Ron wouldnt let me go unless I signed up for the MPP. He tells me that it wont change my monthly payment and it didnt but it increased the loan period and it would have added up to around $2.2k. He kept telling me that i wont get the APR IF i didnt have the insurance. I kept telling him NO and he just kept "typing" as if he was talking to the person on the other side who he said would approve my APR if and ONLY IF i sign up for the MPP. He obviously wasnt conversing with anyone else and was probably only in it for his commission. Every time i would ask him if i could cancel it in the future, he kept avoiding the question and just kept saying "WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO DO THAT, IT'S BASICALLY FREE" (but again, the total would have added to around $2.2k) I took the MPP just to get the xxxx out of there and decided to come back the monday after (bought the car on a friday). I went back and cancelled the MPP with Ron and he said it would take around 4mos to cancel. I did the paper work anyway just to get it cancelled. This was around the first of June. It's now the 16th of November and I havent gotten anything back! More
