Our records show that when you visited with us last our team made notes that they advised you there was a “leak” and that it would require a diagnostic to see what was causing it and you declined. Our multipoint inspections are very thorough and we try to be sure that any possible issues are communicated. Since your last visit was 6 months ago and we are unsure what was discussed we are willing to work with you to replace your water pump by trying to secure you the best price possible.
