Went to see/test drive some cars, was going well, asked for a trade value, told they would need to make some calls and get back to me the next day, didn’t happen. Had 3 days free, spent them chasing this dealership, now I’m working and the chance to buy a car has slipped for another few weeks, disgusting that they make promises and don’t keep them or even have the decency to reply to a message or phone call. Absolutley disgraceful service!!! The financial person (I can't remember his name) there is completley unprofessional and petty. Just because he was having a bad day, he decided to take it out on us. After saying a harmless joke, he walked away cursing and saying, "good luck getting a car today because I'm the only one that does numbers around here. You could sit out here all day for all I care." He then decided to put the car salesman that was helping us to another family "who were not black" and told that salesman to tell us that the car that we were looking to purchase was "sold". When the sales person told us that, we were puzzled and asked him, "what does he mean?" He just shrugged and said, "I don't know. That's just what he's telling me now." And the sales person walked away to help the other non-black family. No other employees tried to stand up for us. They all went on like this was a normal day even when the financial person was in the office, with an open door, yelling and slamming the phone down. His co-worker that was sitting next to him seemed not to be phased. This is obviosly a toxic and dysfunctional working environment for NO ONE to see ANYTHING wrong with the man's behavior. I even asked the receptionist for the general manager's information in order to report this employee and she "conveniently" could not locate his phone number. I would advise that NO ONE go to this dealership for business unless they get rid of that financial guy! We came with our money ready to do business and this was our treatment. It's a disgusting place. DON'T DO BUSINESS AT THIS DEALERSHIP!! More
