Took my 2018 Ford Escape in at the beginning of June. I didn't get it back until a month later. During all of this, I was told that half way through by my adviser Dave, because of having all these things I didn't get it back until a month later. During all of this, I was told that half way through by my adviser Dave, because of having all these things that kept having pushing the vehicle back from it's repairs, that they would take care of part of my rental to include part of the retroactive payment. I spoke numerous times to Dave about this and he assured me he had taken care of it and that he had even gone to into the Enterprise Rental's office in their own building to take care of it. Here I am in October being told by Enterprise that I owe for the rental car. From the start of my interaction, I felt like it was really shady since my powertrain warranty or Ford's Customer Satisfaction Program 21N12 should have covered it, but they went to my extended warranty company to cover it. Once I get this dealt with, I won't be going back and I don't recommend anyone else doing so either. More

Have had my truck in service since August 6th and it is now October 4th, I have had to pay for a rental for 40+ days, no loaner car until warranty kicked in and only gave me 10 days. Boy do I wish I would have read reviews before going to this dealer. They are definitely shady. The tint on the car I was purchasing was scratch and they told me to get it repaired and send them the receip this dealer. They are definitely shady. My daughter brought her Mustang in for a 10 AM appointment for an oil change. The rep (I forget his name) said it would be done by 1 PM. That sucked but we had stuff to do anyway so we checked her appointment for an oil change. The rep (I forget his name) said it would be done by 1 PM. That sucked but we had stuff to do anyway so we checked her car in and took off. No call to us at 1 so she called them. She gets an answering service and they know nothing. We went to dealership and they haven't even started the service yet. The rep starts whining about how they set him up to fail all the time and the scheduling gets all screwed up and blah blah.they didn't get it done till after 2. Gave her a 25.00 coupon for her next visit. Totally lame! They need to tighten the operation up. More

I was trying to purchase a 2023 Mach 1 and made an offer at sticker with up to $400 additional for window tinting which I thought was more than fair. They messed around for 4 days not providing feedback on my offer and promising I would hear back from them in a specific timeframe that never happened. When I followed up after not hearing from them, I had to speak with 3 different sales reps/managers and re-explain the offer to each of them. At the end of day 4, I told them I was going to work with another dealer if I did not hear from them by the end of the next day. On day 5, they finally advised me they needed sticker plus $2k for the desert protection package. I refused the offer and advised them I would be working with another dealership. I ended up purchasing a similar vehicle that same day at sticker with no add ons and the entire transaction took 1 hour. Look at the volume of poor reviews, they are real. More
