Brought in my vehicle on my appointment day and was told it would be at least at least 6 days before it would be diagnosed . When I ask about this the service person told me I could leave it or not . After a week I called and asked about the progress. I was promised a call within an hour but it never came. The next day I called again and was ridiculed and was told when he had news he would call. At that point I promised myself never to visit your dealership again . 2 days later I got a call my vehicle was done . When I picked it up I asked what was done and the service person pushed the papers across the table and told me read it . I said I’m not a computer expert but would like someone to explain what went wrong. The service person rolled his eyes as a young gentleman standing close tried to explain. This person was pleasant but obviously did not understand EV’s . When asked to speak with the mechanic I was told he just left for the day. Very unpleasant experience. I know people get busy but being treated like an afterthought is so off putting. With so many other ford dealerships in the area this policy is a losing strategy. More

**Never ever go to this dealership ** From start to finish, this has been the most miserable experience I've ever had. First the salesman Enrique ignored me while looking, driving and purchasing a vehi finish, this has been the most miserable experience I've ever had. First the salesman Enrique ignored me while looking, driving and purchasing a vehicle. He would only talk to my dad and boyfriend when I'm the one that put down 80% of the vehicle. Then in the financing office, the Indian guy told us that my boyfriend owed money to the dmv. The financing guy said don't worry about it. Then, they sent the vehicle to get washed before leaving with it. They scratched the car and then the screen in the car wouldn't work. The dealership said, " don't worry, we just reset it." Then I drive it home, not being able to use the screen at all. Then I bring the vehicle back and they said, we'll fix the screen, the scratch and the drivers seat. They had my car for 3 weeks while I drove a loaner. All they fixed was the scratch and even that was done correctly, there's a mark on the car. After that, I drove my Bronco Sport and the screen continued to have issues. I called the dealership 3 times complaining about the screen and Dave in service told me several times, " the screen in my ford truck goes out also every once in a while." Intold him that my screen goes out everyday, several times a day. The screen would go black, not being able to use it at all except you can hear the radio, but you can't change the station. Then the screen would freeze and you can't use any buttons on the dash or the steering wheel.. I told Dave that I have videos in my phone showing how my Broncos screen wasn't working and he finally said I could bring it in to get fixed. I told Dave that when I bring my car in, I NEED a loaner car. I go to the dealership and I give them my car. Then Dave tells me that they had loaner yesterday and they don't have them today. I told him I had a scheduled appointment today with a loaner car and he lied. I also showed Dave a recall I got in the mail showing exactly what I was complaining about. All Dave had done was get my car diagnosed and didn't fix it. While I was getting fixed, I talked to the finance guy Michael. I told him, I'm here to pay the $500 even though the Indian or Arabian financial guy said, " don't worry about." Michael told me that I can't pay the $500 because it's ny boyfriends bill. Michael said, He should be down here making this payment, not you. Then he proceeded to say, "All men are predators." Michael also said, You need to pay off the Bronco, put the title in your name and your dad's name and this way, your boyfriend can kill you, but he won't be able to kill your dad to get the vehicle. " Michael, " Haven't you seen dateline?" Then Michael said, your children aren't replaceable, but your boyfriend is." Michael touched my hand with his, while he was talking to me and also told me that I'm very attractive. This has been so unprofessional from day one. I had to bring back my Bronco two days later for the dealership to actually fix it. There was 3 recalls on my Bronco. The dealership did absolutely nothing about the financing man named Michael, he's still there working. If your a woman, don't go alone. I was in his office for 3 hours and he was like a broken record, telling me over and over again how my boyfriend is a predator. We also called the dealership and spoke with, Nick. He's a manager I'm the sales department and claims he's under the direct supervisor of the dealership. My boyfriend told him what happened and that he wants a phone call from the Manager the following day at 11am. The store manager, never called. So either Nick said nothing or the director/ manager never called. My boyfriend also spoke to Nick regarding the $500. Since the dealership wouldn't let me pay and the paper plate expired 8/10/24. The dealership had me driving around wit no registration and an expired plate until 8/20/24. After finally allowing my boyfriend and I to pay the $500, it wouldn't go through because it was already 5 days over and a fine from the dmv More

Had electrical issues and Ford could not fix it. Took it to a local shop. Fixed it! Ford charged me 3200 bucks. Local shop fixed it all and charged 2700. Come on Ford, you can do better!
