After talking with our technician over the matter he informed me of visible damage on the vehicle when it was brought in, that when asked about, you claimed to have previously have hit the curb which could cause wheel bearing issues. Also after reviewing your Multi Point Inspection form from that day there was also some work that was recommended for your vehicle.
