Brandon called me two days ago and said he had a feeling that I would be driving to Manhattan Beach from San Diego to pick up a car from Surf City Nissan. I didn't believe him because my wish list was high. that I would be driving to Manhattan Beach from San Diego to pick up a car from Surf City Nissan. I didn't believe him because my wish list was high. I wanted a vehicle that was rare and hardly available anywhere. After he made me a offer on a top of the line vehicle that beat other dealers by thousands, saving me hundreds per month, I gently let him down stating that I had one vehicle in mind and that I promised to buy from him due to his reason, his effort, his persistence, and his excellent communication skills. Most dealers had mark ups all over the county and had been quoting ridiculous payments for months. He told me he appreciated my compliments and understood. Later that night, he sent me a message although I had turned down his first amazing offer, stating that he had found the exact model and color I wanted. As of the same week, I was quoted hundreds more per month and so much down that I could have bought another used vehicle with that amount from other dealers. Brandon told me that he was driving to pick up my vehicle from another dealership the next day. Finding this model and color is like finding a Unicorn, which he found and sent me a picture the next day, as promised, on his lot. That was the first miracle. Miracle number two was that the numbers had not changed from what he originally quoted me. I have a trade in and sometimes dealers will try and get more out of you based on that. Nope! The numbers were the same and the lowest payment I had been quoted ever. I am at the dealership now waiting to sign with finance. This was well worth the drive. I was hesitant to come but spoke with Surge the manager of finace who asked me a few questions to run the application. He assured me that they were a honest dealership and confirmed the numbers Brandon provided originally. We hung up the phone and he followed up with me 10 minutes later stating that I was approved and that they purchased the vehicle specifically for me. He promised it would not be sold and the numbers would not change. I even had options on terms and thet were all more than reasonable. I am astonished and so happy that I continued this path with Surf City Nissan. My experience has been nothing but positive. If you are in need of a vehicle, select this dealership above all others and you will not regret it. See Brandon and Surge!
