A few weeks ago, the Service Center at Surf City Nissan ripped me off for over $3,000. We towed in our vehicle with a P-CODE report. Miraculously, the Service Center and its sales people came up with diff ripped me off for over $3,000. We towed in our vehicle with a P-CODE report. Miraculously, the Service Center and its sales people came up with different codes and gave the "absolutely needed" new repairs that would " fix the car and make it safe to drive." On the next miraculous event, we left the service department with the supposedly fixed car. A few hours later, the engine light came on and the car was running the same way it was before the alleged repair. Needless to say, we towed it back and instead of doing the repair we already paid for, the service center sales lady came up with additional repairs that were " unfortunate. " They refused a refund and also refused to fix the car with the huge payment we already paid. My experience was absolutely horrible and the service center sales folks should be ashamed of themselves for the fraud they participate in. Shame on them. Although it was a rough ride, we drove our broken car a mile down the road and actually got it fixed right up. More
Two weeks ago my dad got a letter in the mail saying we still owed for the down payment. When my dad called the number where I make my payment they had said that I didn't owe anything and to ignore the let still owed for the down payment. A week later passes by and I get the letter again so this time I decided to call the number on the letter the reason why we decided to call the other number where we make the payments is because to us it was weird that they wanted cash, So when I called I spoke to Julie and she was being so unprofessional she made it seem like I didn't want to pay. Julie is working for the company, she isn't the owner so she needs to respect others. She isn't better than others. She should of gave me more information on what I can do instead of having a nasty attitude. I've never had an issue like this where I felt so disrespected at other dealership More
