Surf City Nissan gave me the best deal on a 2024 Nissan frontier. Flew in from Vegas to John Wayne airport Friday morning on frontier airlines and by the late afternoon I was driving back to Vegas on a Nis frontier. I was very displeased with this company, first of all, I was talking to a girl named Sophia of which she told me that they were doing 120% on used cars. Mind I told her that I was coming a far from Temecul was talking to a girl named Sophia of which she told me that they were doing 120% on used cars. Mind I told her that I was coming a far from Temecula, CA and not to waste my time, well I told her that I wanted to come up there next week but she insisted that I can take pictures of my car inside and out so that they can evaluate the car well, just like my friend said, you need the actual have the car in person in order to do the evaluations but I specifically told the girl that my AAA membership does not kick in until next week, well she still insisted that we come up there so I said well what the heck I will give it a try. We went up there as I thought, and she never introduced herself to me but instead she brought her manager to speak with me of which he told me that you need the car in person in order for us to evaluate the car. I was so heated and mad, and I told him that I told her 3 times is she sure that I should not come up there and not waste my time and I told him that I was very pissed, and they need to reimburse me my gas money for wasting my time. I told Sophia that I can bring the car up there next week, but she insisted that it was okay to come up there without the car. This place is so unprofessional with young people, and I will never ever be coming to this place again because she clearly lied to me and basically, she wanted me to come up there to trade the car in but I told her that I was not doing a trade that I was just giving the car away so, yes, she is very unprofessional and I am so disappointed.
