When I got to the dealership, all I did was a test drive, signed a few documents, and drove home. ****I was only at the dealership for an hour**** This was awesome! I wanted to mention that Surf City fif not have the exact car I wanted... but they went the extra mile, located the car I wanted at another Nissan dealership near by, and Angeles went and picked it up for me. I had a little situation between Surf City and another dealer in the middle of my purchase and I have to say I appreciate Celeste’s honesty and transparency showing me the numbers and explaining to me in detail about how everything added up and made sense. Overall, even though the experience was a long one (through no fault of theirs), I definitely felt good about taking my car home and not feeling like I made a mistake or got taken advantage of.
