I am very unhappy with Suresky in Goshen ny. I leased a Kona in December, 2023 and was promised all weather mats for it. Kate Cronin our service advisor took very good care of us during a three month ordeal with our 2019 Tucson from an engine recall. The issue began on July 23rd when the Tucson was brought in for the recall, f during a three month ordeal with our 2019 Tucson from an engine recall. The issue began on July 23rd when the Tucson was brought in for the recall, followed by two breakdowns after being serviced and finally a new engine being installed in November. Through this entire nightmare Kate always kept us informed and supplied with a loaner vehicle so we could continue our lives. The only complaint is with Hyundai and the recall process. Our vehicle had only 48,000 miles on the odometer with only synthetic oil used in any changes done by me with documentation. After the recall, check engine light within 100 miles. Developing and implementing a recall process that works the first time would build brand loyalty. More
