Forcing a customer to buy an accessory they don't want I am very upset I was forced to purchase an added accessory, that I already have for the car, which couldn't be changed for something of equal value. I was told no a few times when I asked if it could be done. I now have to pay for something I don't want or need. My car came with the wrong accessory for another model to begin with that needed to be swapped out and replaced with the correct one...another unwanted trip back. I would think that should be checked before the car was delivered. Also, I had to return yet again for a mistake in my paperwork that was not checked by the dealership before I signed it. I spent more of my time there then I needed to. I am not very impressed by the whole process of buying my car with your dealership and their unwillingness to make a customer happy with their purchase by forcing them to take something they don't want. More
