Place is a joke. Brought my 2019 Ram with 40,000 miles for the sixth time. This time for a bad ac. Said it needs a new ac compressor. So at Suresky it takes a month to get a fairly common part to the dealer (six times, they’ve never had whatever part I needed in stock). So I asked for a loaner. Hey said we aren’t sure your warranty covers it. They should be covering it. It’s obvious they forgot to order the part a month ago. More
