Oil change and customer request My oil change went well except the new sticker with my new mileage and when to bring vehicle in was not put inside vehicle windshield. A request was m My oil change went well except the new sticker with my new mileage and when to bring vehicle in was not put inside vehicle windshield. A request was made to check my rear camera for reverse which I have been having problems with on and off was supposed to have been checked but no listing of that was printed on my receipt but was told that it was checked and looked good. I would like a new receipt given to me since I spent a lot on this last oil change. More

Less than a half tank of gas, says a lot about you The actual service wasn’t bad, not overly pushy sales people. But I can’t give more than 3 stars to a dealership that lets you drive away in a brand new car without a full tank of gas. Maybe I’m old school but I’ve purchased many new cars and used in my life and this is the first time I ever saw a dealership only give a half a tank of gas. It’s the little things that matter to people and this is something that would definitely make me look at other places before going back to suresky if I’m ever in the market for a Jeep/Chrysler again. Sorry actually going to leave 2 stars More
This story has a happy ending I’ve been buying cars here for like 15 years. My credit is not good at all due to my ex. But I’m digging myself outta that hole but until I’m back to normal it is what it is. I wanted a Jeep Renegade w/remote start. Well when they found out, I wasn’t important anymore. Not returning phone calls , so I showed up the second day in a row and I was told to go on my phone to the suresky website “and look at the used cars over there” while pointing “and I’ll come talk to you when I’m done with these customers”. He came 2 mins before closing to tell me “that Mazda should work over there, I’ll run some numbers tomorrow and call you because we are closed now”. I went out of state to NJ, test drove one day and the next day I was picking up my brand new Jeep Renegade from Franklin Sussex auto Mall. No Customer Loyalty After purchasing and/or leasing 4 cars from this dealership within the last 4 years, they offer no customer support nor customer assistance once you w After purchasing and/or leasing 4 cars from this dealership within the last 4 years, they offer no customer support nor customer assistance once you walk out of the dealership. After receiving poor advice from them, I was hit with a $600 invoice from a leasing company. I was basically told "too bad" and after requesting to speak with a manager, his words were insulting and condescending. I was offered no assistance and there was no accountability on their part. I will never step foot inside this dealership again. More
