Almost perfect This was our first time purchasing from Suresky. Have family members that only purchase from them. We purchase new vehicles every two or so years and This was our first time purchasing from Suresky. Have family members that only purchase from them. We purchase new vehicles every two or so years and NEVER wind up buying locally. Always get better deals and service in New Jersey. We came to Suresky on the 4th of July to simply check out some sedans to see if they would work for us size-wise instead of SUVs that we typically purchase. We test drove a couple of sedans and we wound up buying a car that day! As I said, buying in NY is not usually the way it goes for us-so that speaks volumes about our Suresky experience. Anthony was our salesperson-he was easy to work with and knowledgeable. After some typical negotiating, we got a great deal on the new ride. Phil-his team member was pleasant and helpful as well. Scheduled to pick it up/finalize paperwork the next day. Dayle was great when we arrived-helped us set up bluetooth and Sirius. Carlos in finance was honest, quick, efficient and a wonderful guy. My only real disappointment was the condition of the actual car once we really got a look at it. It was cloudy and about to rain when we picked it up so we kind of just hopped in and left. Rained the next day-when the sun finally came out-the paint is just entirely swirled and scratched up all over. Obviously improperly maintained on the lot and correction was not done when washed and prepped to pick up. I get that it is a black car, but it really is a bummer. Have to figure out how to get it corrected now. More
