First time at Suresky and they were very good. We were given an electric loaner and enjoyed the new experience. This was the first checkup on the GV80 and there was a recall taken care of also. I have issues with the GPS on my 2023 Genesis. Bridget, my service advisor, was MOST HELPFUL! The issue is not completely resolved but Bridget contacted GENESIS and I’m scheduled to get a new GP Bridget, my service advisor, was MOST HELPFUL!
