Soon after our warranty was over on the jeep we bought from Suresky’s we brought our jeep in with a problem.They diagnosed a hose leak and we left with close to a $600 bill which of course we paid. Less than 200 miles later we totally lost our engine. The vehicle had been regularly serviced by them. They did not offer to replace the engine. There was absolutely no professionalism on their part. They offered us a pittance on a trade in and were only concerned in selling us a new vehicle never accepting responsibility for their misdiagnosis of the engine problem. I ended up selling the jeep myself for double what they offered for a trade in. I would never do business with them again. They were extremely rude and refused to give me the contact information for the Jeep Corporate Rep for this area. More
