had my 2017 ram 3500 in for a whinning noise coming from my power steering system. Shop looks at it says there’s no noise there only the water pump which I had no issues with: no leaks or noise or heat issu my power steering system. I’ll give them that it has 180000 on it . So yesterday the 11 I call and Adam the service guy says he is writing it up and I can come get it . However they have my only vehicle. Telling me the shuttle driver will come to my hotel that is 5mi away to get me . I waited in the lobby looking out the front windows and never saw their vehicle that has shuttle brightly painted on the side roll up to the door. Both Adam and the Driver state they tried calling multiple times and supposedly my number is blocked. How convenient for them. So today I got to the dealership and went and started my truck and low and behold the whining noise is still there . It’s far worse when you drive the truck. Definitely from the steering hydraulic system because I’ve heard this many times with my old Ram pickup. Service manager comes out saying he can’t hear anything while is also convenient but my coworker can hear it..needless to say I found them completely incompetent in diagnosing the power steering noise and guarantee they never drove the truck around to verify the noise. It’s quite when your not steering!!! Very disappointed in the dishonesty and lack of customer service here. Im sure the owner will make some poor excuse for his employees to help save face as he has on many other bad reviews. More

I brought my new Hyundai Tucson for it’s first scheduled oil change to Surskey last Thursday. Staff were very friendly. A few days later I noticed a puddle of oil under my car. At first the girl told me it was a cracked seal and today when I picked it up she said it was a faulty part. I think it’s really unprofessional to lie to your customers. I will never go back there.
