FAILURE TO PROVIDE WARRANTY SERVICE I purchased a 2017.5 Murano Sl on 5/8/17. I returned it to dealer on 10/24/17 for repair of the Forward Emergency Braking. Dealer insisted there was I purchased a 2017.5 Murano Sl on 5/8/17. I returned it to dealer on 10/24/17 for repair of the Forward Emergency Braking. Dealer insisted there was nothing wrong after I was forced to proved the car was sold as equipped with FEB and it was not working as described in the Owners Manual. They refused to road test the car. I then found another dealer (Nissan of Picayune) and within 2 hours on 11/17/17 they found a computer code blocking operation of the FEB and debris on the cameras. If I had not been fortunate to locate the Picayune dealership my car would not be operating properly and I would have no recouse except taking Supreme Nissan to court. Really appalling. Picayune Nissan gave me a print out from Nissan's Tech Talk that showed the code problem and repair were known as was the repair. It appears Supreme either does not know how to use the computer or does not want to be bothered. Either was avoid them for service. More

Supreme Nissan Does Not stand behind their cars even new ones. Does not stand behind their repairs. They would not do ANYTHING to help Everyone knows that a Nissan does not normally need a new transmission at all much less one that's 3 years old. Terrible customer service. Unfriendly.
