They followed up with a call to make sure everything was working fine. So glad we went to Supreme and will continue to use them. More

DO NOT USE THEM!! While they were working on my car I was given a loaner. Upon return, they blamed me for damage to the car that was there when I took it and filed a claim on my insurance. They knew the was given a loaner. Upon return, they blamed me for damage to the car that was there when I took it and filed a claim on my insurance. They knew the damage was already there when I took the car as we recorded a bug scratch on the when well that led into several big scratches on the door. Unfortunately for me, the person that was actually responsible covered the damage in touch up paint and it wasn’t noticed when I was loaned the car. We recorded the scratch that was OBVIOUS part of the initial damage, but they still blamed me and filed a claim. They were just waiting for the sucker that didn’t notice the touch up paint to get it covered. VERY SHADY!! More

Rating I’ve been a loyal customer for over 8 years. I’ve been to this dealership three times and everytime I come there’s a problem. Last time I literally wa I’ve been a loyal customer for over 8 years. I’ve been to this dealership three times and everytime I come there’s a problem. Last time I literally waited 5 hours for an oil change. This time I was charged for a rotation and I know for a fact it was not done and I was told that I needed a new battery when I just purchased one a month ago. Horrible experiences here. More
