Horrible Service Department I purchase a very expensive (to me $60k) on 12-31-17 and have had it at this dealership 3 times for minor things - 1. Tire was bad when purchased but I purchase a very expensive (to me $60k) on 12-31-17 and have had it at this dealership 3 times for minor things - 1. Tire was bad when purchased but service dept was closed so I brought it back the next week for the replacement. 6.5 hours. 2. The vehicle had a sensor fall out in the front bumper. - I was told it would not be covered because someone had removed the bumper. After I demanded to see the inspection list for when it was brought in by the dealership prior to my purchase because I was never told the bumper had been removed - it was suddenly "well we are going to go ahead and take care of it for you!" 4 hours. 3. Tire belt broke. I purchased an additional tire/ wheel road hazard warranty and told the Service Rep that when I made the appointment. I was there 5.5 hours. After 3 hrs of nothing being done the Rep told me he wasn't going to be able to cover it. When he explained I realized he had not even been dealing with the correct warranty group. I had to give him the number. Then 30 min later he tells me they are getting it taken care of. After another 1.5 hrs it was completed and I was livid! Too really top it off I had an appointment all three times. The last one at 7:30, thinking I would get out early and not be too late for work. I will NEVER return to this dealership. More
Truck repair I had my brakes failed on my Silverado and brought it to Supreme Chevrolet in Gonzales. It was delivered early Saturday morning. Cody wrote my truck I had my brakes failed on my Silverado and brought it to Supreme Chevrolet in Gonzales. It was delivered early Saturday morning. Cody wrote my truck up to get repaired and had it done on Saturday. I was so please to get my truck back in the same day. It amazed me how Cody can multi-task all day long write up customers and keep everyone satisfied. This guy was super nice and explained everything with great detail to me about what was going to take place on my vehicle. So thankful for the good service from the dealership near me. Thanks Supreme Chevrolet. More
