The lady they have at the service desk needs to be retrained on how to put customers first. She never told me my car was ready I had to find out on my own when my Bluetooth connected to my car. She was eating at her desk which I understand but at least take care of your customers before you eat and talk about other employees to customers. Overall they do a great job every time on my oil changes and I don’t have any problems. She just needs to learn manners that’s it. More

Didn’t mind waiting my turn because I knew about the delay. Sherrie kept the lines of communications open and she was genuine. It’s teslly all one can ask for these days. Loved the honesty and once it was my turn the job was completed in a timely manner. Hope I don’t have another service issue but if I do I know that I’ll be in good hands. More
