The lady they have at the service desk needs to be retrained on how to put customers first. She never told me my car was ready I had to find out on my own when my Bluetooth connected to my car. She was eating at her desk which I understand but at least take care of your customers before you eat and talk about other employees to customers. Overall they do a great job every time on my oil changes and I don’t have any problems. She just needs to learn manners that’s it. More

I couldn't possibly recommend this dealership to anyone I know. As a husband, father, military veteran, and local Louisianian, I hope things would go much different. Test drive went fine and negotiations were no problem. The finance department needs to be better about telling the new car buyers about all of their hidden warranties and add-ons. I couldn't believe they would charge $1,500.00 for a GAP policy. Any bank these days, no matter the amount, could provide that same protection for less than $300. Very sad how the finance team would lead you to believe, in so many words, that all the great protection of the windshield, rims, tires, and key fobs are all guaranteed when you finance through GM Financial. Exactly the opposite is true. While they would be correct in that gm WOULD FINANCE IT, but YOU will pay the price. Be aware and look over your documents very well. Ask questions and don't sign anything without looking it over. I cannot believe that during these trying times they would try and make a fast buck. Very sad. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Very dishonest practices. While I'm sure the experience may be very different for others, but being clear and precise about what the customer is paying for should be important to a professional organization, however, their general manager says" We're just trying to keep the lights on around here". Kenny the sales guy was great. Finance guy Mr Ava was great Sales guys Kenny was awesome. Mr Ava the financial guy was great but the cashier was not so great I stood up by her desk the whole time she never once Sales guys Kenny was awesome. I paid cash for a vehicle and while she sat there And counted out the money and print the receipt I was never offered a seat. She gave me the receipt and then instructed me to go back and find Mr Ava and give him a copy!!’ Instead escorting me she just let me go..,,But thanks to Kenny and Mr Alva service!!
