Not at all satisfied. After front alignment was done they say they test drove my car and said I need rear brakes done. I was also charged extra for miscellaneous charge on my invoice and was quoted a price of 109.00 for front end alignment but was charged 119.00 instead of 109.00. I called first and the person answering the phone was polite and answered all my questions. She told me I could come in right then, (I only live 1/2 mIle away.
