Shane Hicks , Service Consultant, and his team once again did an excellent job. Our battery was dead. We had the vehicle towed to Superstition Springs Lexus at noon. After after a through 23 point inspection and the battery being replaced the vehicle was ready at 3:15 PM the same day. (2 hours and 45 Minutes ahead of the time promised. Promise less and deliver more in action) Shane and his team, once again has provided excellent customer service, That is the reason that we keep coming back to Superstition Springs Lexus. More
