Very easy to check in the car. Met with Service Advisor to go over scheduled maintenance for the car. With all of the great things that Superstition Lexus provided, the one thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was the up-sale of services that my car did not really need and yet were marked as red and immediate. When we replaced the air filters, they were a bit dirty but not in a concerning condition. The same goes for the ac/hvac box, which we blew out, and the brake fluid flush, which we did flush, but again, was not really needed. I understand the 30k check, however if the vehicle doesn’t need it to prevent irreparable damage, then those items should be marked as yellow and nice-to-do instead of giving me the sense of impending doom if I didn’t do them. I saved myself hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repairs. Unfortunately, you have just added to the stereotype that dealerships attempt to sell you things you don’t need. Now I’m not sure whether the same thing will happen the next time I need an oil change and filter from you.. More
