This was my second service appointment since purchasing my Lexus this summer. At the first service appointment in August, just days after purchase, I was given a loaner car that had large cracks in the win my Lexus this summer. At the first service appointment in August, just days after purchase, I was given a loaner car that had large cracks in the windshield, which is a safety hazard and a potential traffic violation. I had to request a different loaner vehicle, which I had to wait additional time for. The fact that this dealership would give a client a defective loaner vehicle, is negligent and reflects badly on the dealership. My service experience yesterday was simply to get my second key (I was only given 1 key at purchase) programmed. I was told the appointment would take about an hour. The service took over 2 hours and now, my side mirrors do not collapse when locking the vehicle. I will not bring my Lexus to Superstition Springs Lexus again. More

I was concerned when I put my soda in the recycle, it was filthy Just very surprised I’ve been to Big2 and also Chandler Lexus and their areas are pretty much spotless.
