Worst Service Dept Ever! Purchased a car here, brought it in for it's first service appt. When I got here on Saturday, after scheduling a appt on Tuesday, they said they didn' Purchased a car here, brought it in for it's first service appt. When I got here on Saturday, after scheduling a appt on Tuesday, they said they didn't have my appt in their system. They said hmm, you are the second person this happened to today. No worries we'll get you taken care of. That was at 8 AM. At 9:45 and still no car I asked what the hold up was, the service consultant said let me have the Service mgr light a fire under them. My car was still sitting and not even take back for the oil change and tire rotation after 1:45 minutes, People here after me were leaving already. This overpriced place is a joke. Don' ever bring your car here for service as you will be sorry! More

Ripped off! I went in for a simple reset of a system and was provided with one of the oldest rip offs in the book. I needed a new gas cap and minor adjustments I went in for a simple reset of a system and was provided with one of the oldest rip offs in the book. I needed a new gas cap and minor adjustments to reset the warning light. I had done my homework and been assured of the possibility of the ease of a solution to a minor problem. I truly wanted to trust that the SS Lexus service consultant (that treated me with respect during my first visit would continue to do so). Unfortunately, I was at the dealership from 0830 until approximately 1600. I eventually was charged nearly $1000, and provided a laundry list of problems. It is sad to see an organization exhibit bad business practices, especially during a high holy week. Regrettably, I must warn others so that such behavior can be diminished in the future. So I have visited this dealership on 3 occasions, all for the same problem with my Lexus, On all 3 occasions they have failed to determine the problem. But that has not stopped them from asserting what they the same problem with my Lexus, On all 3 occasions they have failed to determine the problem. But that has not stopped them from asserting what they think is wrong, and that I should replace this or that, So after replacing 3 major items totaling thousands of dollars in unneeded repairs. All they can offer is having a new technician look at my car...of course they will have to charge me for multiple hours of diagnostic work so the new technician can recheck the other technicians work. After I complained bitterly, the only response was that they are a business and need to make money. More
