Rip-off Was charged $320 for 15k inspection which took an hour. $320 per hour is more than a lawyer makes. Also tried to sell a wheel alignment when the car does not wander and no wear on the tires. They said it was a “preventative suggestion “. Would not look me in the eye. Salesman tried to get me on a test drive for a $100 gift card but reneged on that also. Love Lexus but not these xxxx. More
Terrible Service The service center is terrible. I got my car washed there and they cracked my bumper. They weren't even trying to fix it at first. The manager James C The service center is terrible. They've had my car for two days and still hasn't given me any calls in regards to fixing it and when I'll get my car back. James has been avoiding my calls and Ive been having to pay for car fair because they didn't give me a rental . More
