We purchase 2 cars every two years, usually a Toyota for me and a Lexus for her. This is my 2nd purchase from this particular dealer and I returned because of how great the first experience was. This time me and a Lexus for her. This is my 2nd purchase from this particular dealer and I returned because of how great the first experience was. This time was even better... I'm sure like many consumers, I am picky and didn't have her with me the first two visits but the sales person was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Very helpful. I picked the car, she came in the next day and got the full show and explanation of the vehicle which was great. Then, last minute, we switched cars completely after all the pricing was done and purchased a showroom model we hadn't considered. "no problem" they said and worked with the switch and I cannot stress how easy it was. A+++ Thank you very much and I am so sorry I didn't have your names to list for the accolades. More
