I spoke with Mr. Chikos 3 times over the phone before coming to the dealership to look at a used RX 350. Each time we talked he was was straight with the information and facts about the car I was intere coming to the dealership to look at a used RX 350. When we met he and the entire staff at SSLexus were easy going with no sales pressure. I ended up buying a new RX 350 from him and I couldn't be more pleased.
