One positive review just isn’t enough. I stopped by Superstition Springs Lexus Service thinking I needed a whole new key—turns out, it was just a dead battery (rookie mistake!). I was expecting to pay for a replacement or reprogramming, but Bernice in the service department not only swapped out the battery for free, she also came outside with me to make sure the key worked and the car responded properly. That kind of service is rare—friendly, helpful, and truly above and beyond. I’ve owned other cars and visited other dealerships, and nothing compares to the level of care and professionalism Lexus provides. I’m incredibly grateful for the team at Superstition Springs, especially Bernice. She reminded me why I’m proud to be a Lexus owner. Thank you for your kindness and outstanding customer service! More

If you are buying a used car from this dealership, make sure that you have it evaluated by a reputable repair shop.
