Gave us an estimate of 2200. To replace 3 cendors and a a/c blower motor . After having truck for a month I went to pay a nd pick up truck. They presented me with a 6800. Bill. Seems they took it upon themselves to replace the emission system. With out even asking or deciding it with me. They have had truck forb2 months as and refuse to give it to me till I pay the bill. I have gotten a lawyer snd filed a complaint with the attorney General. Beware they said couldnt give written estimate cause of Covid. I think the parts boy was suppose tocsll snd ok parts and he forgot too as he was going on vacation. As everyone thst deals with the service dept. There knows you c a n not talk to these people on phone. Very unorganized service dept. More

It was the usual with Ryan Morris I have known Ryan for almost 11 years and have bought 4 vehicles from him. 3of them are Toyota, the 4th is a Hyundai Kona- Limited. So far the Hyunda I have known Ryan for almost 11 years and have bought 4 vehicles from him. 3of them are Toyota, the 4th is a Hyundai Kona- Limited. So far the Hyundai is as good as the Toyotas, and with the 1.6 L turbo accelerates like a sports car. It's just what I wanted. Thanx-Ryan More

Hustlers? Superior told us that we needed over $4900 of work done on our Corolla after rats chewed up some wires. We chose to get a second opinion, which was an Superior told us that we needed over $4900 of work done on our Corolla after rats chewed up some wires. We chose to get a second opinion, which was another Toyota dealership and authorized Toyota service center. We were charged less than a quarter of what Superior wanted! Superior still charged us $291 for 3 hours of labor even though they didn't repair anything and diagnostics are usually a fixed fee. The other Toyota dealership even told us that it wouldn't take that long to diagnose the problem. Plus -- Superior called with their diagnosis less than two hours after we dropped it off. So where does the 3 hours come in?? We don't trust Superior Toyota in Parkersburg. Insurance executives, maybe you should double-check if any of your adjusters approve a claim here. Fellow citizens: go somewhere else. More
