I always have my vehicles serviced there. Service is excellent and John is absolutely the best!! Chris is also THE BEST service manager I have ever dealt with. First thing when I felt my little "Black Cherry" was not acting right, I called Chris Morton---my goto guy. He suggested it may be my battery. I always feel I am in the best of care with the service provided. Also, a big shout out to John Shreeves who explained the services before and after. My Prius even got a complimentary wash which it needed. Great business, great assistance. More

All of the fluff about customer service on TV and by the salesmen disappear after they get your check. New vehicle paint defect on roof and hood from factory and they promised to fix it. Only repainted hood and overspray left fenders cloudy, said Toyota would not pay to repaint the roof. With the exception of the guy who did the license and title transfer, everyone else we came in contact with at Superior lied to us. Never buy there again. Gave one star because there was no rating lower. More
I took my vehicle in for service and informed the SERVICE department that my vehicle was riding very rough and may have a tire issue. Multi-point inspection is standard during every service. Part of the multi-point inspection is a tire evaluation. I got no conclusion other than “loose skid guard,” from the dealership. 2 weeks after the service with no resolution to the issue, I have a flat tire, and the tread is worn extremely uneven on said flat tire. Got all 4 tires replaced at another location with an alignment and the car drives like new again. They lost $600 in business because they were too lazy to check tires. Very disappointed in their customer service. If you need anything beyond an oil change. Do not trust them. More
Gave us an estimate of 2200. To replace 3 cendors and a a/c blower motor . After having truck for a month I went to pay a nd pick up truck. They presented me with a 6800. Bill. Seems they took it upon themselves to replace the emission system. With out even asking or deciding it with me. They have had truck forb2 months as and refuse to give it to me till I pay the bill. I have gotten a lawyer snd filed a complaint with the attorney General. Beware they said couldnt give written estimate cause of Covid. I think the parts boy was suppose tocsll snd ok parts and he forgot too as he was going on vacation. As everyone thst deals with the service dept. There knows you c a n not talk to these people on phone. Very unorganized service dept. More
