This place is ridiculous. I was not acknowledge by any sales people until I expressed my frustration about being ignored. Then, it was very clear that helping me was an inconvenience to the associate who sales people until I expressed my frustration about being ignored. A very disheartening experience overall and I will be discouraging anyone from buying from this dealership simply so they don't have to go through what I had to. Took my car in for a trade in, looking at a new Camry or something. Had my pet rat in the seat, the sales person looked at me absolutely disgusted and said they werent gonna handle any business with me and something. The only "complaint" was the driver (Rick) of customer service van. I went to get in passenger seat - "No ! Maam, you need to get in back seat" ( rudely ) - Also not helpful while trying to get in back ei service van. I went to get in passenger seat - "No !
