I had a key fob to my car reassigned after loosing the lock. My experience with the Toyota service center has been positive for over 25 years. I like that if I do not understand something that it is explained t My experience with the Toyota service center has been positive for over 25 years. I like that if I do not understand something that it is explained to me in a way that makes it clear what is being done and why it is important for my car. I now have several small issues and the center has scheduled things at different times because that is what works best for me and my work hours. My most recent visit was for the lock fob but when I mentioned a rattle and something hanging in the front of my car the guys there found I was missing some clips holding up under carriage shields. They fixed it at the same time. I can not express how grateful I am to have Superior Toyota Service Center taking care of my car. It might be 13 years old but with 101,000 miles a Toyota is just getting warmed up! More

Superior Toyota always does great work. Superior Toyota is always there to maintain and repair our vehicles. They do a great job. In fact, they do such a great job repairs are few and far Superior Toyota is always there to maintain and repair our vehicles. They do a great job. My only complaint is that they are so good that they are always booked up a couple of weeks or more ahead and it is difficult to get in in a way that easily fits my schedule.
