Had a great experience dealing with Zach, Zane and John and finance. I’ve had a rough year and my anxiety’s been tough, and it was time for me to do something nice for myself, so they help me find a newer used vehicle for myself. They never pressured me with their sales tactics. They knew what I wanted. They gave me a great deal and they gave me a great trade and they were just no pressure sales. I loved it and they help me with some technical stuff dealing with the trade. If you need a new vehicle, go see Zane Zack and John at superior Mazda. They were awesome five stars for me.

Hello Terry- We are still needing your most up to date insurance card so we can complete your registration with the Dallas County Tax Collectors office. Please understand that we had to wait over two months for an original state inspection from you which caused an additional delay in your registration. Everyone at the dealership is trying to help you and personally attacking our staff on the phone will not increase the DMV's turn around time.

When I purchased the vehicle I gave you guys an insurance card. You then told me I needed to give a state inspection. I sent it in less than 14 days. You then said the state inspection has to have a wet signature (Unheard of in Texas). So thats 2 state inspections that I sent you guys. You then said you need a better copy of my DL. I sent it. That's 2 DL photos. Now you're saying I need a updated insurance card. That will now make 2 insurance cards I've provided. The point is the documentation request is unlimited. It's not getting me any closer to license plates. Send the paperwork to a local DMV & I will get the lean perfected in minutes.
