First Class Service all the way! I was blown away at the amount of time that Mark and Superior devoted to me. I was a new customer trying to decide amongst various different vehicles, and they had no idea I would end up finalizing with them. Mark and I traded countless e-mails, phone calls, first deciding on a vehicle, then working out leasing details, then tying up loose ends. I had about 3,000 questions as I am not an expert on leasing- however Mark educated me like no other. I really appreciated his devotion to me as a customer, his expertise in the field, his super fast response time and most of all his patience! I would ask a question by email at 10 PM, and Mark would answer me a few minutes later!! THAT IS SERVICE! I ended up getting a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite, and when I told Mark a manual was missing he personally sent his staff to deliver to me! This is an amazing company, and Mark is a consummate professional, who I will surely be leasing from again in the future as well as referring friends/family and anyone else I know looking for a vehicle. Absolutely delighted with the first-class treatment I received!! More

We went to a dealer Tuesday early afternoon to look at the car my wife wanted and - in typical dealer fashion - we were told that it would be impossible to get the car and we should just take what he had in stock. Called Mark on Tuesday late afternoon and told him that my wife wanted a Volvo V60 with very specific equipment and color requirements. Had the car on Wednesday (YES! the next day!) at 2pm.
