The sales people at those other dealers were absolutely useless, constantly having to talk to their managers about every little thing and not being accommodating. Well, then I went to Mark at Superior and WOW! From the personalized service to his constant availability for questions, the entire process was not only painless, but an absolute pleasure. Now that I went to Mark for my third lease, he knew exactly what I wanted and worked tirelessly to get me in a vehicle that I love within my budget. He helped me get out of the last couple of months of my previous lease and got me into this 2014 Honda Pilot within 24 hours! He is honest and always willing to provide the very best service. I feel like I know him for 20 years! So please do yourself a favor. Don't waste your time with those other guys. Mark was very easy to work with. He would constantly show me different options as each new deal would arise. He would compare the prices I found at other dealerships and explain how those were not the best o me different options as each new deal would arise. He would compare the prices I found at other dealerships and explain how those were not the best option for me since I wanted to put zero down, and if I did that with the other deals the overall cost per month would be significantly higher. He offered good advise in terms of what kind of car would best serve my needs as well as best safety for me. This is now the 3rd time working with him and would continue to do so in the future. More
