Service Department Issue Took my car into this dealership exclusively over the last five years and continue to receive sub par results. Put in over $800 of recommended fixes and now the battery drains when the car is turned off. They claim its nothing they did and do not have available appointments for over 2 weeks. The battery has been tested from multiple shops and all point to electrical work. They suggest something was done during last service visit because problem is slowly increasing. More

You get more at Superior Honda I just purchased a used 2016 Honda CR-V. When we bought it I noticed something wrong with the molding. Jason wrote it up for me to bring it back. Whil I just purchased a used 2016 Honda CR-V. When we bought it I noticed something wrong with the molding. Jason wrote it up for me to bring it back. While it was at home I noticed a noticed another problem. When I brought it back to get the molding fixed I explained to Jason what I found. It was something to see Jason assemble the whole Honda teem to not only look into the problem but make suggestions on how to ta1ke care of the problem. When I picked up my CR-V I was more then pleased with the results. Looks like I will be using Superior Honda for all my service needs. A big thank you to the Honda team and Jason. More

I asked Carrie how much longer she thought it woul I went in for an oil change and was in a hurry as I had an appointment right after the oil change. I asked Carrie how much longer she thought it would be and explained I had an appointment soon. It was totally my fault for not planning enough time, but Carrie didn't make me feel that way at all. She immediately ran back to the garage and came back right away and said they were wrapping it up. She blazed through the paperwork then ran back and got my car herself and away I went! Thank you again Carrie for making my experience exceptional! More

O’daniel flunks warranties/service test. 1,5 years ago my grandson bought 07 Honda Pilot from them, we also purchased best & most expensive extended w O’daniel flunks warranties/service test. 1,5 years ago my grandson bought 07 Honda Pilot from them, we also purchased best & most expensive extended warranty policy. Since then, Pilot had 3 major problems. Each & every time an attempt to get repair completed satisfactory were unsuccessful. In desperation my grandson contacted Warranty company & finally got permission to take the Pilot to different dealer. We went to Superior Honda of Omaha.=, they don’t use this warranty insurance company, but worked with them & proceeded to make the needed repair, furnished the loaner vehicle & now the Pilot safe & reliable. Thanks to extra efforts from Superior Honda including Brian (Service manager), Mitch V., Larry G & Abdul S.... O’daniel flanked the test & Superior Honda of Omaha gets an A+. Poor after service I purchased a new 2018 Honda Accord hybrid. The car is advertised to get 47 mpg overall and I’m getting in low to mid 30 mpg. I’ve tried to get help f I purchased a new 2018 Honda Accord hybrid. The car is advertised to get 47 mpg overall and I’m getting in low to mid 30 mpg. I’ve tried to get help from the dealer and they are not responsive. Initially I was told the car is in break-in period and then I need to give it more time. Now the dealer does not respond to my contacts. Not sure what to do now! Incidentally, the car has 6100 miles on it. More
Unbelievably BAD service I took my Honda in for a typical oil change. They want through did it quick, even washed my car, thought it was great. Shortly after I started noticing oil in my driveway. I took it in after a couple weeks as it shouldn't be doing it, and they told me that not only did they not put the parts back together properly, resulting in a leak, but that I also needed 4 new tires, which they had marked "Good" a few weeks prior. The worst part I was merely given a shrug when I asked how they could make that mistake with the oil and how would they assure me it wouldn't happen again. I tried to talk with their manager, but after some phone tag he just stopped trying to call me back. More

Over that time, only Superior Honda of Omaha has provided both scheduled and very infrequent uns I have owned and driven Honda vehicles over 15 years. Over that time, only Superior Honda of Omaha has provided both scheduled and very infrequent unscheduled maintenance to my vehicles. Most recently, I went to get my oil changed and as a part of my vehicle upkeep spent time with my service advisor going over preventive maintenance of my vehicle (2008 Ridgeline). What stands out most about my experience it is the service provided by Dennis Heath. Dennis is like the 'family physician' of my vehicle, and this is so greatly appreciated! The time he spends looking back at archived maintenance, current needs, and consideration to future preventive measures goes so far beyond what I first experience my FIRST time working with another service advisor 15 years ago. I was referred specifically to Dennis simply because...he cares. While Dennis may "old school" in my book, it is his interpersonal full-service mindset and years of experience with vehicles that makes him such an important part of my vehicle's ongoing performance. I cannot recommend him more as a service advisor. I urge patrons to inquire about the vehicle he restored, I think you will understand why (after seeing this) he is so good at what he does.
