A shout out to service manager, Brett and service tech Randy. I took my 2011 Honda Accord in because of a water leak when the car was in the rain. I picked up my 2024 Honda CRV on November 20, 2023. I ordered some accessories for it and I FINALLY got it in today (March 1, 2024) to get that taken care of. Not realizing I not only paid for th I ordered some accessories for it and I FINALLY got it in today (March 1, 2024) to get that taken care of. Not realizing I not only paid for those parts, but also paid for the labor when I initially picked up the vehicle back in November. I honestly thought I would need to pay for the LABOR as it take a bit of time to install etc. Nope....Aric Curtice the salesperson I work with and the Service Manager (forgive me I can't remember their name) said no charge - I had already taken care of that back in November. Imagine my surprise as I had my checkbook out and pencil poised!! Wow. -- and I also had a very nice courtesy car to drive while my vehicle was in the shop for all that. Thank you so much, Superior Honda!! My experience has been a really GREAT one and I hope to keep the relationship up with you folks and I have already referred 2 people to you since November, 2023. I've said it once I'll say it again....The experience I have had here has really changed my perception of dealerships. The dealership of yesteryear is truly no more. -- I have Aric to thank for that one!!! More
Eric in service was friendly and professional. The recall on my Ridgeline was going to take some time to repair so I was provided a nice Passport to use while my Ridgeline was being taken car of. Drove into the service area with a windshield washer issue - it wasn't quirting. Chris Deegan checked under the hood and was able to quickly find the problem. A mouse had chewed the wires! He was abl issue - it wasn't quirting. Chris Deegan checked under the hood and was able to quickly find the problem. A mouse had chewed the wires! He was able to find a spare length of wire and splice it with the remaining wires and fixed the problem in just a couple of minutes. Experience and a willingness to help saved me time....outstanding Chris! More

My experience with this service department since purchasing my Ridgeline 3 years ago has been a fiasco. I finally filed 3 complaints based upon my last visit. The "Client Care Center Manager" part purchasing my Ridgeline 3 years ago has been a fiasco. I finally filed 3 complaints based upon my last visit. The "Client Care Center Manager" partially addressed 1 of my complaints, calling my issue a mere "inconvenience" It may well have resulted in the breaking of my Service Contract, due to their poor record keeping. She has since refused to respond to my follow-up questions to address these issues. More
Received a recall notice for a simple starter problem. Bought my Ridgeline there but live 40 miles away, with a wife in the hospital. "You'll have to leave it all day." "There could be 4 or 5 problems, so no promises of when it will be done." "If we can't fix it today, you'll have to come back tomorrow." THE REAL MESSAGE: "YOU WILL DO EVERYTHING OUR WAY. IF IT DOESN'T WORK OUT, IT'S YOUR PROBLEM, NOT OURS." So I took it to O'Daniel. No problem. Polite, great communication, loaner vehicle and repaired in less than an hour. I will NEVER go back to a deal with such an arrogant, condescending attitude toward its customers. More
AVOID unless you want to pay for services that are never done on your vehicle!! I took my Honda in last month to the Superior location for an oil change and also to have my squeaky brakes inspected. I end done on your vehicle!! I took my Honda in last month to the Superior location for an oil change and also to have my squeaky brakes inspected. I ended up getting told they were going to need it for the entire day and got sent on my way with a loaner. When I returned the next morning I was assured that my brakes were squeak free. Oh - and they also of course needed to change out all of my fluids in addition to the brakes & oil change so my total was an outrageous and overpriced $800 + (and this was only for one set of brakes - not both). Oddly enough though, my squeak returned and was even louder only a day after driving away from Honda....weird right?? Come to find out, after a lengthy conversation with the service manager, and after me telling him that no I wasn't going to return so they could "fix" something else on my car, and after me telling him that no I don't believe I'm the only person in the world with this crazy story - did he finally admit that no one ever changed the brakes at all. Wait a second, so I dropped my vehicle off at Honda in the morning and I basically have no clue what happened to it from there - if it even remained on the lot during that day or overnight. However when I returned the next day to retrieve it they lied and stole almost $1000 from me for services they knew they never performed. The service manager didn't really have a whole lot to say about this and didn't even offer the refund that I insisted upon. So then I asked to speak to his manager & that gentleman was even worse! His main concern was how I got directly transferred to him...obviously he's above chatting with the general public. In the end, I did get a full refund (because I demanded one - I guess I don't like people stealing from me) but I still need a brake job. More
