Chuck Elford and John Wonder were great to work with. They responded to my emails within a couple hours and answered all of my questions. Chuck transferred settings from my previous car and did a good job exclaiming the new features on the 2026 CR-V. In a nutshell, I appreciated all the time and consideration they gave me.
